Maintain official books and records of funds
Prepare investor statements
incentive or carried interest fees
Interpret legal documents
Prepare capital calls
Prepare distribution computations
Prepare rebalancing computations
Prepare notices sent to investors
How You'll Work.

Work closely with operations and investor relations teams; Liaise with fund's auditors; Liaise with financial reporting teams
