Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required, 3-5+ years’ experience in the securities industry, 24 months as Associate Analyst(P1), Proven track record of overseeing complex operational processes and vendor management
Nice to Have
PMP® Certification desirable, Prior experience with systems like Proxy Edge (Broadridge), Proxy Exchange (ISS), Viewpoint (Glass Lewis) applications a plus, Previous regulatory reporting experience preferred, Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What You'll Do.
Support Proxy Committee to implement policies
Assist with administration and oversight of vendor relationships
Ensure timely payment of invoices
Enter periodic reports into vendor management systems
Track vendor incidents or material changes
Support administration
and process improvement in
Run ESG voting data for reporting initiatives
Allocate voting matters within the global team
Assist with preparation and review of regulatory reporting
Support internal and client reporting obligations
Coordinate responses to portfolio compliance inquiries
Assist with projects and initiatives
