Drive the Product Committee (CLC) agenda

Ensure high-quality and timely product approval processes

Oversee and continuously optimize the product inventory and review cycle

Ensure effective implementation of governance decisions across the platform

Maintain robust documentation standards in line with Swiss regulatory requirements

Coordinate the Investment Committee

ensuring clear articulation and communication of the house view

Ensure consistency between asset allocation decisions and client portfolio implementation

Track key decisions and follow-ups

Strengthen alignment between investment strategy and product positioning

Drive alignment between the approved product universe and client portfolios

Monitor and optimize platform penetration

Identify opportunities to improve product positioning across client segments

Enhance distribution discipline and advisory quality

Lead structured and impactful communication to front office teams

Act as a strategic partner to Compliance and Risk

The role is responsible for driving the distribution strategy across a comprehensive range of investment solutions—including Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management, Alternatives, Funds, and Structured Products—ensuring the offering remains highly competitive, relevant, and aligned with evolving client needs. It plays a central role in translating investment capabilities into compelling client propositions that support asset growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders, the role actively supports client engagement by ensuring clear articulation of investment strategies, consistency of messaging, and high standards of sales effectiveness.
