Full Job Description

## Company: Mercer ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. **We will count on you to:** * Assist in client’s portfolio management analysis, including asset allocation, investment manager selection, fund performance, risk and attribution analysis, leveraging Mercer’s proprietary analytics tools, internal databases and third party resources. * Support the full cycle client projects through independent research, data analysis applying relevant methodologies, drafting written reports, preparing proposals and attending client meetings. * Contribute to projects through effective management of tasks, and directly lead some smaller client deliverables. * Prepare marketing materials and assist in researching complex inquiries. Support business development initiatives and proposals. * Initiate and lead implementation of ideas that will improve the efficiency, accuracy, controls in relation to assigned work or projects. **What you need to have:** * 1+ year of relevant experience. * Good academic track record, preferably in subjects such as Mathematics, Finance (Accounting/ Management/ Behavioural), Actuarial Sciences or Engineering. * Being CFA or close to completing the charter, or other professional qualification preferred. * Strong knowledge in various asset classes and fund products highly desirable. * Strong analytical and technical skills. Comfortable with conducting complex comparative analysis with large data sets in an efficient manner. * Attention to detail, organized and ability to multi-tasks. * Self-initiative and curiosity in investment services and financial markets, self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team. * Experience of writing or summarising research reports for market/valuation analysis in a professional capacity will support your
