### **🚀 Investment Banking Associate – Remote | Deal Operations & CRM Management** **Full-Time | Remote | EST Business Hours** 📍 **Hiring in: South Africa & Latin America** ### **💼 About the Role** We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused **Investment Banking Associate** to act as the operational backbone of the deal pipeline. This is **not** a traditional investment banking role. There is: * no heavy financial modeling * no aggressive client-facing sales pressure * no deal origination expectations Instead, this role focuses on: * deal pipeline management * CRM organization * follow-ups and execution * reporting and operational coordination * keeping deals moving consistently You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure every: * opportunity * follow-up * communication * task * investor interaction is tracked accurately and executed on time without anything falling through the cracks.
