What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory, Exposure to M&A transactions, Capital raising, Financial analysis, Deal execution, Advanced Excel skills: Financial modeling, Scenario analysis, Sensitivity analysis, PowerPoint and presentation formatting skills, Experience with DCF valuation, LBO modeling, Comparable company analysis, Precedent transaction analysis, Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, PitchBook
Nice to Have
MBA, CFA, or CPA designation, Exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions, Experience across multiple industries, Prior mentorship or analyst management experience, Experience working in fast-paced investment banking environments, VBA/macros preferred

This is a high-performance finance role built for someone who thrives in fast-paced transaction environments and can balance analytical rigor with flawless execution. You’ll work closely with senior bankers, analysts, clients, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure transactions move forward accurately and efficiently.
