Must Have

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Must meet the Registered Representative licensing with CIRO and certification requirements for the branch / jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled, Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience, Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Manage and grow client relationships

Build client trust and educate on strategies

Develop and retain long-term client relationships

Deliver exceptional client experience

Identify and make referrals to other business groups

Partner with lead advisor(s) to build relationships

Support client growth objectives

Proactively engage in sales activities

Prepare and execute client portfolio reviews

Provide advice to clients

Contact clients to explain investment concepts

Escalate complex client situations

Execute work to deliver timely

Participate in preparation of annual business plans

Prepare financial plans for clients

Provide advice regarding tax efficiency

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Manage databases and provide support for analysis

Assist in creating new investment portfolios

Assess fees and determine overall household fees

Manage efficient and effective running of support

Develop business with clients / prospects

Explain and execute investment concepts

Support branch or team business objectives

Support the development and execution of business strategy

Fulfill client sales and service activities

Maintain the confidentiality of client information

Adhere to internal risk mitigation policies
