This is a hands-on role at the heart of what we do - finding exceptional founders early and helping them build category-defining companies. You'll be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence through to portfolio support. This is the right role for someone who is intellectually curious, loves meeting founders, and wants to develop into a world-class early-stage investor. What You'll Do Deal Sourcing & Network Building Proactively source new investment opportunities through data-driven methods and your own network. Build and maintain strong relationships within the European founder and investor ecosystem, with a particular focus on the DACH region. Research & Thesis Development Identify emerging sectors and trends, becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen areas.
