About the role We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to join our growing investment team at Range. In this role, you will play a critical part in building out a best-in-class investment management offering by supporting portfolio construction, manager and vehicle research, and market analysis, while guiding members toward their investment goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a team building both a suite of institutional-quality investment offerings and the operational infrastructure to implement them from the ground up. You’ll work directly with senior investment leadership to translate macro views and strategic asset allocation decisions into thoughtful research, execution, and ongoing analysis. You will play a critical role in distilling market developments to our planning team and disseminating our investment recommendations and analysis to our members via meetings, messages, and published content. But we’re looking for more than just technical skill — we’re looking for someone who is deeply curious about markets, energized by AI, and ready to build the future of wealth management. This role is based in our headquarters in McLean, VA, or our New York City office. Employees hired for this position will work in-office Monday–Friday.
