What You'll Do.

Business development and client base expansion within the Asian community on the South Shore of Montreal area

Building long-term relationships and growing assets under management

Managing and growing client relationships through the delivery of service and advice

Assessing individual client investment needs to provide professional

customized investment-related advice

Building client trust

educating them on investment strategies

and performance expectations that help them achieve their financial goals

Developing and retaining long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience

Identifying and making referrals to other business groups

Working collaboratively within the market

BMO partners and the community to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience

maintaining and executing a business plan to support growth and retention of clients through relationship management and customized investment strategies

complex client inquiries and escalations

Using professional judgment to develop and recommend investment strategies for client to achieve financial goals

Building effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Ensuring alignment between stakeholders

Monitoring and tracking performance

and addressing any issues

Managing databases and providing support for analysis

Providing input into the planning and implementation of operational programs
