Must Have
Graduated - Bachelor’s degree, Excellent oral & written communication in English, 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research, Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, Proven analytical and problem resolution skills, Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum), Demonstrate innovative spirit, Ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision, Good written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have
Intermediate Spanish, Previous experience with clinical payment processing and systems
What You'll Do.
Execute end-to-end investigator/site payment process
Act as PoC for business partners
Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculation
maintenance and closure
and close-out site-specific purchase requisitions
Utilize study-specific PO calculator
Run timely subject visit completion reports
Generate payments through CTMS
Enter invoices into CTMS
Process ad-hoc payments
Create and send payment notifications and/or reminders
Ensure timely payment
Complete RFI (request for invoice)
Avoid business disruption
questions and issue resolution
Rectify failed payments
