Physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna or Rizal, 5 days’ work week, Includes weekends, Flexible and/or holidays, 9 hours/day schedule, Operations is 24/7, Shifting, Rotating shifts, Possibility of night shift, Maintain minimum internet speed 200 Mbps, Maintain at least 100 GB data, Dedicated workspace free from background noise
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of any work experience, Dedicated workspace at home, Postpaid fiber internet connection, Minimum speed of 200 Mbps, At least 100 GB of data, Excellent written and spoken English skills, Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly, Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically
Nice to Have
Comfortable working MS tools, Using basic level of automation, Experience in Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain, Intermediate knowledge of E-commerce
