What They're Looking For.
Must Have

Identify known abuse patterns
Discover new modus operandi trends
Take actions to minimize risks
Use internet and in-house tools to research transactions
Gather data to make accurate decisions
Take appropriate actions to identify and help minimize
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security
Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations
Communicate via email to internal customers and financial
Make informed decisions about risk
