Full Job Description

Job Description **What you will do** Supporting our Data Center Solutions (DCS)/Silent-Aire group, you will oversee a team of inventory, picking, tool crib, handlers, and shipping/receiving. You will be responsible for managing the team that fulfills production orders, receives and ships material, and transacts in the ERP system. **How you will do it** * Perform regular data analysis to predict potential inventory issues and develop mitigation strategies while fostering an outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills to address inventory-related challenges efficiently. * Manage employee scheduling, including shifts, breaks, and vacations, to ensure adequate staffing levels. * Monitor and review employee performance, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition. * Hire and train new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. * Collaborate closely with engineering, purchasing, and production departments to optimize material specifications, streamline processes, and resolve any issues related to material availability or quality. * Utilize inventory management software (SAP) and data analysis techniques to optimize inventory levels and forecast future requirements. * Execute on corporate objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Perform other duties as assigned. **What we look for** **Required:** * Minimum of 6 years of inventory, warehousing, and logistics experience in a similar environment * Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and people management experience * Strong knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software (SAP - preferred), and forecasting techniques * Possess an analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, coupled with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and leadership abilities * Ability to work on night shifts **Preferred:** * Bachelor's Degree in a related field * In-depth understanding a
