What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Competent at oral and written communications, Handle basic math computations, Prior retail experience, Basic merchandising skills, Inventory management skills, Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable, Use a hand truck, Use a pallet jack, Well mannered, Neat in appearance, Ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner, Previous work records should demonstrate stability and performance results, Able to come to work on short notice, Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
What You'll Do.
Pull and ship HUB orders on time
Call servicing store if order can't be filled
Complete parts department cycle counts
Complete parts department plan-o-grams
Stock parts department parts
Complete parts department callbacks
Complete MAXI changes in parts department
Comply with all federal
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Complete all required training materials
Attend all scheduled store meetings
Train and develop Team Members
Coordinate product delivery
Keep operating records
Prepare daily record of transactions
Ensure compliance of established policies
Task assignment and completion
