What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or similar operational roles, Proficiency in English for effective communication in a global environment, Solid understanding of inventory management fundamentals (safety stock, reorder points, service levels), analytical mindset with the ability to understand demand and supply variability, Experience working with ERP or planning systems, Excel or data analysis tool skills, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
