What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years’ experience in inventory management, replenishment planning and/or buying within SAP, Degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Distribution or Engineering, Detailed understanding of Supply Chain Integration processes (forecasting, Demand Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.), Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Access and Outlook, Well organized, analytical, results-oriented, and productive in a flexible environment as this person will be responsible for making tactical and strategic decisions to better our inventory performance, communication skills, both oral and writtent
Nice to Have
Knowledge of oilfield related materials is preferred, Certification in Production and Inventory Management is preferred
What You'll Do.
purchasing of non-managed vendor materials
planning of all relevant materials for assigned area locations
working with branch managers to forecast and adjust inventory settings
transferring material from one branch to another
creating inventory related reports and disseminating to branches
other replenishment duties as necessary
Assist managers with material settings by conducting reviews
and entering settings into SAP
Review and resolve branch replenishment issues
Source non-core materials for branches
Source emergency orders
Service customers in a timely
