Must Have

Demonstrated experience working with PeriOp/Inventory., Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks, organizing teams with multiple levels of caregivers, and meeting deadlines., History of inventory control such as cycle counts and physical inventory., Demonstrated examples of cross functional teamwork.

What You'll Do.

Coordinate inventory activities for assigned department.

Order and deliver supplies for assigned department.

Reconcile and manage inventory reports.

Coordinate MMIS system ensuring distribution.

Coordinate with Business Applications Team.

Lead daily huddles and escalate issues.

Schedule caregivers and ensures operational continuity.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works in cross functional teams to meet customer needs.; Acts as liaison with Field Logistics Management.; Communicates information concerning supply levels to stakeholders.; Coordinates between various groups and bring resolution.
