Collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure safety stock levels are accurate and inventory is accurately balanced and allocated across the organization ** _Essential Functions_ :** * Monitoring inventory levels across international distribution centers * Identify future risks * Collaborating with Supply Chain to set safety stock levels * Introduce process improvement initiatives to the inventory management system and other related business processes which help to drive efficiencies, reduce operating costs and increase inventory accuracy * Develop strong working relationships with the local operations organizations and cross-functional partners. * Escalating material shortages to management team * Create ad-hoc analysis to identify and react to current and future business trends * Analyzing inventory turns to reallocate and rebalance excesses across distribution sites * Determining inventory allocation * Review global allocation of inventory * Monitoring performance in line with global key performance indicators and company goals * Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies * Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regula
