Recommend higher-spec components

Recommend alternative components

Adjust stocking levels

Support planned outage execution

Create contingency plans

Embed reliability concepts

Align MTBF with stocking

Reduce MTTR via parts readiness

Serve as budget steward

Develop annual MRO spend forecasts
