What You'll Do.
Optimize MRO inventory
Ensure maximum equipment uptime
Drive inventory accuracy
Ensure critical spare parts availability
Design inventory segmentation strategy
Refine inventory segmentation strategy
Perform criticality analysis
Build safety stock models
Drive risk-based stocking strategies
Lead SKU rationalization initiatives
Identify duplicate parts
Standardize components
Manage inventory lifecycle
Phase out obsolete components
Translate maintenance strategies
Work with Maintenance Planners
Pre-stage parts for shutdowns
Identify chronic part failures
Recommend higher-spec components
Recommend alternative components
Adjust stocking levels
Support planned outage execution
Ensure parts availability
Create contingency plans
Embed reliability concepts
Align MTBF with stocking
Reduce MTTR via parts readiness
Serve as budget steward
Develop annual MRO spend forecasts
Conduct monthly variance analysis
Partner with maintenance
Drive cost-out initiatives
Monitor carrying costs
Reduce excess inventory
Reduce obsolete inventory
