The Inventory Manager is responsible for forecasting, managing, and allocating room inventory across multiple properties and business segments to maximize occupancy, revenue, and yield performance. This role partners closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Reservations, and Property Leadership to analyze trends, optimize inventory strategy, and ensure all available rooms are effectively utilized. This position plays a critical role in hotel and resort inventory management , supporting both short‑ and long‑term forecasting while balancing owner, rental, and marketing allocations across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Develop, manage, and maintain annual room inventory budgets for assigned resorts and properties. * Forecast resort and hotel occupancy for current and future years using historical data, booking trends, and market indicators. * Continuously refresh and adjust inventory allocations across owner, rental, marketing, and promotional segments. * Analyze booking pace, cancellations, demand trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities. * Lead weekly forecast and inventory strategy calls with property leadership and revenue management teams. * Provide weekly occupancy and revenue reporting and insights to senior leadership. * Support escalated guest and owner reservation issues in partnership with call center supervisors and operations teams. *
