**_Work Location_** On-site at 3000 Ericsson Dr., Warrendale, PA **Schedule:** 5 Day/8 hour shift working 8:00AM to 4:30/5:00PM Monday through Friday Our Inventory Team Lead will love the rewarding nature of working with a team that goes above and beyond for our patients and fulfillment partners. Our specialty-trained staff are available to provide personalized care to patients. **_What you’ll do:_** * Assist and support a group of encouraging individuals in inventory reconciliation * Data analytics to improve and facilitate needed changes * Daily and monthly reports on different adjustments * Teamwork in various outputs and assisting in problem solving * Communicating with various teams to find solutions that will benefit the patients and fulfillment ** _What you need to do the job:_** * Excellent Quality with the patient in mind, ensure accuracy * Use of technology data entry skills and reference database as needed * Be Efficient- attention to detail, organization skills, time management, and problem solving skills will be important * Be Flexible- ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed * Be an effective communicator with solid interpersonal, written and verbal skills across multiple teams throughout the company * Some computer knowledge: General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office. Use of internet and email is required ** _Qualifications:_** * High School diploma or equivalent experience. * 1+ years relevant experience preferred in warehouse or pharmacy, leadership experience preferred. * Math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (excel), Internet, and email required. * Strong verbal and written comm
