Minimum 0–1 year of warehouse, inventory, or related experience, Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in counting and recording inventory, Willingness and ability to follow verbal/ written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), Agility to learn and apply new skills, processes, and systems quickly, Clear, respectful verbal and written communication skills, Meticulously organized, with the ability to maintain records and files, Team oriented and able to collaborate well with peers and take direction, Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a work ethic, Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day, Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required (at least 70% of hours worked), Safe operation of all material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks. Nice to Have
Basic computer skills familiarity with MS Office and inventory systems is a plus, Knowledge of GMP’s, Previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment, SAP and Agile software experience
What You'll Do.
Perform assigned daily cycle counts
Verify physical inventory against system records
scheduled and priority counts
Ensure all counts are completed accurately
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Escalate unresolved issues promptly
Enter and update cycle count results
Physically verify item locations
Ensure inventory is stored safely
Communicate discrepancies to stakeholders
GMP and internal control requirements
Support internal and external inventory audit activities
Follow all safety procedures
Operate material handling equipment
and hazard-free work area
