Vast is looking for an Inventory Coordinator, reporting to the to Manager, Inventory Control to support the development and operation of inventory systems required for the design and build of the world’s first commercial human-rated space stations. This will be a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Long Beach location. Responsibilities: Execute daily inventory operations including receiving, stocking, picking, kitting, and issuing material to support production and development Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP/MES systems (e.g., Manufacturo), ensuring full traceability and data integrity Support move orders and material requests with a focus on speed, accuracy, and clear communication to stakeholders Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of inventory, including serialized and lot-controlled material Maintain compliance with quality standards (e.g., AS91
