Role Overview: Hera Technologies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented 2nd shiftInventory Coordinator to support material flow, inventory accuracy, and receiving activities within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for executing inventory transactions, maintaining material traceability, supporting production material requirements, and ensuring accurate movement and storage of materials throughout the facility. Responsibilities include inventory control, receiving support, and basic material inspection coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory management and material handling, understands ERP-driven inventory processes, and is comfortable working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and issued to support manufacturing operations. ## Key Responsibilities Perform daily material movement activities including receiving, stocking, issuing, transferring, and put-away of materials. Execute inventory transactions within the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records and inventory integrity. Pull, stage, and issue materials to production in alignment with work orders and manufacturing schedules. Monitor and track material movement between receiving, s
