What You'll Do.

Prepare and issue parts (“picking”) in line with operational requirements
Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for production and race activities
Carry out cycle counts
Ensure parts are stored
and organised efficiently
Support best-in-class inventory control processes aligned to FIA regulations
Work closely with Goods In to manage material flow
Highlight risks such as shortages or excess stock
Support demand planning and operational continuity
Maintain full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
Support audits and ensure documentation is inspection-ready

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Inventory Controller to join our Logistics Operations team at Williams F1 team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow, storage, and tracking of high-value components that directly support car build, testing, and race operations. In a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you’ll ensure that critical parts are available exactly when needed whether at the factory or trackside.
