What You'll Do.
Conduct regular inventory counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Generate and analyze inventory reports
Execute inventory adjustments and transfers
Monitor inventory freshness and integrity
Identify damaged/expired products
Assist with implementation of new inventory control processes
Assist with implementation of new inventory control technologies
Train junior inventory personnel
Mentor junior inventory personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Ensure compliance with company policies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Manage inbound DSCSA requirements
Manage outbound DSCSA requirements
Troubleshoot issues with missing EPCIS data
Troubleshoot issues with incomplete EPCIS data
Serve as escalation point for DSCSA compliance issues
Communicate updates to leadership
Communicate risks to leadership
Communicate resolution plans to leadership
Collaborate with IT to resolve data discrepancies
Collaborate with external vendors to resolve data discrepancies
Coordinate cross-functional responses
Coordinate Freight Collect shipments
Manage Shipped Status Items
Maintain call list for escalations
Maintain call list for customer follow-ups
Execute call list for escalations
Execute call list for customer follow-ups
Triage customer issues related to inventory
Triage customer issues related to shipment status
