Must Have
3+ year(s) of related experience, Demonstrated English communication, Proficiency at an intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, data entry abilities, accurate mathematical abilities, ability to problem solve, time manage, pay close attention to detail, multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment with competing priorities, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with some inventory experience or exposure, Familiarity with Warehouse Management “SAP”, Familiarity with "Acumax"
What You'll Do.
Conduct regular inventory counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Generate and analyze inventory reports
Execute inventory adjustments and transfers
Monitor inventory freshness and integrity
Assist with implementation of new inventory control processes
Assist with implementation of new inventory control technologies
Train and mentor junior inventory personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Ensure compliance with company policies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Manage inbound DSCSA requirements
Manage outbound DSCSA requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with missing EPCIS data
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with incomplete EPCIS data
Serve as escalation point for DSCSA compliance issues
and resolution plans to leadership
Collaborate with IT and external vendors
Coordinate cross-functional responses between departments
Coordinate Freight Collect shipments
Manage Shipped Status Items
Maintain and execute a call list
Triage customer issues related to inventory status
Triage customer issues related to shipment status
