Role Overview The Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role within Heven Aerotech’s Supply Chain & Logistics function, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and management of aerospace components, raw materials, and finished goods at our Winchester, Virginia facility. Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics, this individual will develop and enforce inventory management processes that support production schedules and meet the stringent quality and compliance requirements of the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a disciplined approach to record-keeping in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations, achieving ≥99% inventory accuracy through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconcile variances with a hungry, problem-solving approach. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and overages with urgency, ownership, and full documentation. Establish and maintain min/max and reorder point (ROP) levels for critical components.
