Oversee daily inventory operations and ensure compliance with protocols across multiple locations. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory flow and forecasting. Resolve escalated inventory issues and provide guidance on inventory-related challenges. Develop and implement training programs for inventory control staff. Manage relationships with vendors and logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery. Lead inventory audits and ensure data accuracy across systems. Drive cost-reduction initiatives related to inventory management. Support large-scale inventory projects and system upgrades. # Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in inventory management, with leadership experience. Strong expertise in inventory control systems and best practices. Proficiency in advanced data analysis and inventory optimization techniques.
