What You'll Do.
Perform store's day to day inventory tasks
Perform inventory counts
Perform quality checks of incoming products
Perform labeling and organization of inventory
Assist in verification of product counts
Assist in verification of regulatory compliance standards
Ensure products are received within METRC
Ensure products are received within ERP system
Ensure products have appropriate labels
Perform labeling and tagging for all new FGI
Perform organizing for all new FGI
Perform counting for all new FGI
Perform quality checks for all new FGI
Conduct weekly cycle counts
Assist in investigating any discrepancies
Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through
Count monthly inventory audits
Reconcile monthly inventory audits
Complete monthly inventory audits
Escalate inventory discrepancies
Escalate UID discrepancies
Research inventory variances
Research inventory adjustments
Maintain accurate log of inventory for disposal
Maintain list of all quality hold/quarantined product
Perform other duties as assigned

About the Job The Part-Time Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory. They will also assist the Inventory Lead and Manager in verification of product counts and regulatory compliance standards upon deliveries. Ensure products are received within California Track and Trace system (METRC) and ERP system and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale. What You Will Do Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new FGI received. Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in investigating any discrepancies. Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through standard quality checks, for quantity verification, label verification and COA verification. Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month. Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Lead or Manager for quick resolution.
