Ensure proper packaging, system transactions, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments to meet customer requirements. The Lead focuses on hands-on coordination, team support, and operational performance, while partnering with the APS for escalations, administrative tasks, and employee relations. ## **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ### **Operational Execution** * **Execute daily shipping and kitting activities to meet schedule, quality, and accuracy targets** * **Utilize required systems (AES, Carrier Networks, TMS, BOL creation/retention) to support shipments** * Perform SAP transactions and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements * Coordinate daily shipping activities with workcells and carrier schedules * Support cut-off times, delivery commitments, and shipment prioritization ### **Team Coordination & Support** * Assign and direct daily tasks for team members based on production needs * Provide real-time guidance, coaching, and support on the floor * **Act as first point of contact for operational issues; escalate larger concerns to APS** * Assist with onboarding and training of employees; help reinforce standard work * Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to safety and quality standards ### **Performance & Problem Solving** * Monitor workf
