Lead and supervise ICQA team
Partner with Operations teams
Establish policies and procedures
Influence policies and procedures
Adhere to policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety programs
Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
Analyze inventory defects
Identify action plans
Forecast capacity needs
Develop staffing plans
Support interviewing managers
Support training managers
Gain expertise in process paths
Ensure process discipline adherence
Perform control analysis
Perform quality analysis
Collaborate with department managers
Identify key projects
Understand key initiatives
Understand system enhancements
Work with Loss Prevention teams
Liaise with Operations Managers
Aid communication of policies
