We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Planner to optimize inventory management, lead strategic initiatives, and partner across the organization to delight our customers. At the core of the Inventory Control Planner's responsibilities is driving inventory optimization and accuracy across the organization as well as managing the performance, cost, and capacity of our third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The Inventory Control Planner is focused on executing effective cycle count programs, investigating inventory discrepancies, and fine-tuning inventory levels to meet customer demand. This includes managing 3PL provider relationships, negotiating SLAs, and driving continuous operational performance improvements to ensure seamless fulfillment. The planner leverages advanced data analytics to uncover optimization opportunities and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. In addition to these operational responsibilities, the Inventory Control Planner strives to streamline inventory management processes and introduce system automation where possible. By delivering inventory optimization, accuracy, and strong 3PL oversight, the Inventory Control Planner contributes directly to enhancing the overall customer experience.
