Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study, or combination of work experience.
What You'll Do.
Accurately process, input, and maintain control of all inventory material activity at remote plants and warehouses.
Identify and research inventory discrepancies and correct errors in the SAP system.
Assist and collaborate with other departments with inventory related issues.
Resolve inventory issues and make corrections in a timely manner.
Ensure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.
Study receipts, sale order shipments, and postings to ensure seamless and accurate flow of product.
Provide timely and accurate inventory information and counts.
Assist with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Participate in random cycle counts, physical audits, and perform full physical counts if needed.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, and Billing Departments with inventory related issues.
