**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levels * Support operational efficiency and compliance * Primary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist support * Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process * Main point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communication * Oversees return process for warehouse team * Complete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printed * Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations support * Manage shipping log & documents for all warehouses * Coordinates sample request intake and delegates associated workload * Report team KPIs * Support logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freight * Any additional duties assigned by management # Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience * Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) * Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.) * Forklift experience recommended * Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Cross-functional communication and coordination * Inventory accuracy and data management ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
