You will analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall materials management performance. ### ### **Location:** On‑site at our Memphis, TN facility. ## ## **What Will You Do?** * Monitor all **material transactions** for assigned areas to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Identify, investigate, and resolve **inventory discrepancies** and errors. * Perform **root cause analysis** and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. * Conduct **cycle counts** and support inventory accuracy initiatives. * Perform inventory transactions and reporting within **ERP and customer systems** as required. * Support efforts to eliminate **manufacturing downtime** related to inventory issues. * Partner cross‑functionally with **Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and support teams**. * Assist in the development and enhancement of **materials management and inventory control systems**. * Support material handling activities and provide coverage for team members when required. * Maintain flexibility for **overtime support** as needed. * Adhere to all **safety, health, and regulatory requirements*
