Must Have
BAS/MBA or equivalent, Experience or experience with advanced experience using MRP systems or related field, Advance English, Good office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems, Ability to read, research and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or governmental regulations, Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public, Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists, Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Work on daily inventory activities
Implement and review processes
Maintain inventory security and integrity
Dispose of excess inventory
Identify root cause integrity discrepancies
Retrieve and research information from MRP system
Carry out direct cycle count activities
Coordinate count staff
Assist in development of process improvements
Oversee and perform internal audits
Prepare for external audits
Produce statistical management information
Monitor procedural holds up implementation
Deal with requests and issues
Research excess inventory by customer
Negotiate sales price
Coordinate sale of excess material
Provide escalation point to inventory management

Researches and disposes of excess inventory and makes recommendations for reducing and controlling inventory._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores_ * _Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system._ * _Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required._ * _Carries out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinates count staff to ensure count schedules are maintained._ * _Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation._ * _Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company’s best practices and external required standards._ * _Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer._ * _Monitors procedural compliance; holds up implemen
