sound judgement; analytics capabilities; Analyze recurring discrepancy patterns; Perform in-depth root cause analysis for complex exceptions; Troubleshoot and resolve material master related discrepancies; Analyze inventory data to report trends, risks and opportunities from improvement; Identify overstated quantities in the system that may impact production and prevent material shortages; Monitor inventory levels to support operational reliability; Identify and resolve expired or at-risk inventory; Investigate and resolve inventory issues related to stock transfer orders across internal plants
Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day, Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required (at least 70% of hours worked), Safe operation of all material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks. Portable stairs etc. ) with ISI Training and Certification
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SAP-EWM subject matter expert, Minimum 4 years prior warehouse experience and/or exhibits knowledge of warehousing activities, Ability to investigate and navigate system data in determining root cause analysis and reconciliation, Able to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions, Able to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task, and drive actions to completion under deadlines, Knowledge of GMP’s, Previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment, Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems), SAP/S4, SAP-EWM and Agile REQUIRED, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as oral presentation skills with appropriate context, Requires a high school diploma or post-secondary education is preferred

What You'll Do.
Analyze recurring discrepancy patterns
Perform in-depth root cause analysis
Troubleshoot and resolve material master discrepancies
Analyze inventory data to report trends
Identify overstated quantities in system
Monitor inventory levels to support operational reliability
Identify and resolve expired or at-risk inventory
Investigate and resolve inventory issues
Act as a liaison between Inventory Control
Support inventory impact of New Product Introduction
Prepare and present inventory reports
Use data to influence decision-making
Provide mentorship by sharing inventory knowledge
Maintain Kanban systems that align with operational replenishment strategies
Participating in UAT sign-off
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
Support operational readiness efforts
Perform additional duties as assigned
