Job Description - * The role of an inventory analyst encompasses various responsibilities, including managing inventory, conduct regular inventory cycle counts and resolve any stock discrepancies * Analyzing inventory data to enhance efficiency and tracking proper inventory consumption against production order * Track open production order on regular basis, publish the report with detail analysis, co-ordinate with production team & work closely with Planner to close the order on time * Co-ordinate with warehouse team to maintain system transaction on time, resolve stock mismatch issues * Coordinating with other stakeholders like Production, planning, warehouse, purchasing team to resolve discrepancies between inventories * Creating and maintaining inventory databases, generate dashboards and systems for accurately managing inventory * Prepare WIP DII report & maintain WIP DII in lower side * Actively drive monthly, quarterly & yearly inventory taking activities as well as handle the inventory audit * Prepare BOM consumption data against each production order, identify the gap with detail analysis * Guide the team & other cross functional team about proper inventory consumption to avoid excess BOM part usage * Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control * Guide the team & other cross functional team about proper inventory consumption to avoid excess BOM part usage * Awareness about
