THE OPPORTUNITY The Alpha Focus Factory is a specialized production unit within our larger manufacturing facility dedicated to building our Drone as First Responder (DFR) airframe. As the Inventory Analyst, you are the backbone of this specialized cell, ensuring that the unique materials, components, and finished goods required for the Alpha drone are meticulously tracked and available for just-in-time production. Your primary goal is to maintain 100% inventory accuracy within your dedicated cell to prevent production downtime. In this position you will: - Record and monitor all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods specific to the focus factory using ERP or WMS software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle). - Perform daily or weekly physical counts of high-value or high-turnover components to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately. - Coordinate with procurement to ensure "safety stock" levels
