Must Have
High School bachelor’s degree, University Degree, At least 2 year of experience providing Customer Service., At least 2 years of experience in Management positions., At least 2 year of experience providing Customer Service to International Teams, besides US., English Level B2+
Nice to Have
Logistics Technical Degree, Supply Management Technical Degree, Customer Service to International markets (outside US)., At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Care department in Smith+Nephew., At least 2 year of experience in Inventory Analysis department in Smith+Nephew.
What You'll Do.
Provide direct oversight of team members productivity.
Assist and support team members with issues.
and work on daily reports.
Ensure Team is updated with knowledge.
Held Refresher sessions with Team.
Provide input to Management on staff performance.
Perform 1: 1 sessions with team members.
Drive Annual Performance Evaluations.
Support team member with 70/20/10 plan.
Support on job requisitions and interviewing candidates.
Monitor attendance and Team's requirements.
Schedule and lead weekly team huddles.
Manage daily workflow.
Allocate resources to service channels.
and manage process improvements.
Manage and participate in projects.
Provide implementation and testing support.

Liaison between the Team and other departments.; Coordinate new processes or tasks assigned to the Team.
