Interview Operations Lead -Associate- Fully Onsite ****The Interview, Scheduling, Logistics team is looking for an _Interview Operations Lead Associate_ to lead recruiting suite operations with clients to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. **** ****Responsibilities:**** Leadership & Multi-Site Coordination * Team Lead: Directly lead a team of interview facilitators across three distinct geographic locations supporting in-person interviews * Operational Oversight: Prepare and maintain the scheduling and facilitation operations for three dedicated recruiting suites. Ensure all processes are documented and maintained to care for a seamless in-person experience for both candidates and interviewers. * Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex interview facilitation issues for both candidates and internal business partners * Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure the end-to-end hiring process is executed flawlessly * Complex Scheduling: Negotiate schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars to organize efficient interview Candidate Experience & Travel Logistics * Travel Management: Oversee all travel details and coordinate communications between candidates and the preferred vendor * Inquiry Resolution: Manage the shared mailbox dedicated to candidate travel, ensuring timely and professional responses * Employee Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively selling the company culture and value proposition to top talent Financial and Data Integrity * Expense Management: Handle all financial administration, including billing, invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements for candidate travel * Reporting: Prepare materials, data reports, and files required for high-level interview debriefs and consensus meetings * Confidentiality: Maintain strict control over confidential files and privileged candidate information to ensure data privacy Key Skills * Project Management * Stakehol
