You will not just work a funnel You work directly with the Head of People to build the best talent engine ever at Marvel Fusion Talent is the single highest-leverage input to a frontier fusion company. The quality of our people determines whether we hit milestones that have never been hit before This is a Talent AND Venture role: you learn to see the company as one system and build the talent and business infrastructure that holds it together What this role really is Understanding the company as a whole system: how strategy, teams, OKRs, and capacity connect, and where the real gaps are Reading the current team as a set of personalities and strengths (MBTI, working styles, status quo), then defining who we need to hire to complement it, not duplicate it Hiring against strategy, OKRs, and utilization, not against open reqs Proactively and constantly searching for the best people in the world to build championship teams, not reactively filling seats Building the system that makes this scale: automations, workflows, and tooling (Claude Code, n8n, Make) so the talent engine runs without manual funnel work What you will learn here How companies actually function as an integrated system of
