Develop internship processes
Develop internship procedures
Develop new internship programs
Interview prospective interns
Determine intern department placement
Develop learning objectives
Develop goals with interns
Manage intern performance
Manage intern evaluations
Ensure compliance with academic requirements
Reply to intern emails
Act as liaison between interns and departments
Act as resource for interns
Collaborate with leadership
Ensure program compliance
Identify intern training needs
Provide administrative support
Attend company meetings
Lead 1:1 meetings with interns
Lead meetings as needed
