As Intern - Lean Manufacturing you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through Kaizen events or Value Stream Mapping activities. # **Job Description** _**Essential Responsibilities**_ * Analyze value stream map of critical programs (Lead time, Inventory, Cost, Takt Time) * Support pull strategy methodology for WIP and Raw materials (Kanban, twin bin, visual management) * Sustain the implementation of Pull Dashboard in the shopfloor * Participation in the Daily Operating Rhythm (CCC, PCC) * Analyze consumables stock at point of use * Optimize the internal logistics of materials using Lean tools * Sustain and consolidate best practices and standards work * Support the implementation of 5S Methodology in the shopfloor * Use of MS Office and SAP _**Qualifications/Requirements**_ * Master’s Degree in Engineering field (Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Material or Management Engi
