ING CI is responsible for all **mezzanine debt, equity, and sustainable investments** within ING. Your deliverables in the role will be: * Assessing investment opportunities including (i) evaluation of business models and financial statements, (ii) financial modelling and forecasting (iii) doing industry research, market-, peer group- and benchmarking analysis and (iv) writing debt / investment proposals; * Supporting deal team members in transaction origination and execution; * Frequent contact with (prospective) clients, external advisors (e.g. corporate finance/debt advisors, lawyers, consultants) and co-investors as part of transaction execution and portfolio management; * Preparing pitches and presentations, market analyses, financial analyses, internal reporting, shareholder
