Must Have

Master or Bachelor (3rd year) student, Internship for a period of 6 months, Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science or equivalent, Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and writing), Enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders)

Nice to Have

Top-tier candidates with other backgrounds with an interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Above-average academic record, Excellent numerical and analytical skills, Competitive attitude, Eagerness to constantly improve, Excellent attention to detail, Drive, proactiveness and a genuine interest

Execute mezzanine debt transactions

Evaluate investment opportunities

Perform financial modelling

Conduct industry research

Support deal team members

Prepare pitches and presentations
