answer fundamental questions like: How is knowledge and information best structured in the future regarding AI readiness so it’s easy to find and easy to use?; setting up a sustainable, global, AI-ready database; aiming for the best combination to structure and provide HR knowledge to employees and managers; deliver relevant research and interesting insights to complete the big picture on how to capture and share best practices within the HR function; support the implementation of new processes and systems

Must Have
Enrolled in a Master’s degree program related to digitalization, process optimization, business, HR or related fields, Understanding of the psychology of Knowledge & Information Management, Experience in successfully using different AI tools, High motivation, analytical skills, communication skills, customer-centric mindset, structured and team-oriented way of working, Fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
German skills would be a plus
