We do this by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover insights that support both strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives. Our work helps ING attract, retain, and develop top talent through smarter, evidence-based choices. **What you’ll do** * Rebuild the excisting dashboards to Power BI (that track and visualize the HR topics). * Drive the implementation of Power BI across the team and the HR organization. * Identify opportunities to improve data reporting and visualization processes. * You’ll play a key role in introducing and embedding Power BI within HR, from building dashboards to empowering colleagues to work with data more effectively. **How to succeed** We hire smart people like you for your potential.
